     &lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"&gt;Steps:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;ol style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"&gt;Place lettuce in large, see through, bowl. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"&gt;Top with peas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"&gt;Mix the&lt;/span&gt; Presenting the simple salad recipes 1 - &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;garden medley salad, pasta &amp;amp; bacon salad and three bean salad&lt;/span&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;  &lt;span style="font-weight: bold; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Garden Medley&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"&gt;Salad&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"&gt;Ingredients:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;ul style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 lettuce, shredded &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 x 300g pkt frozen mixed vegetables, thawed&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 cup diced tomato &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Thousand Island Dressing&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"&gt;Steps:&lt;/span&gt; &lt;ol style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"&gt;&lt;li&gt;Combine lettuce, mixed vegetables &amp;amp; tomatoes. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Pour over sufficient dressing to moisten, toss lightly.  Serves 4-6&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ol&gt; &lt;span style="font-weight: bold; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pasta &amp;amp; Bacon Salad&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredients:&lt;/span&gt; &lt;ul style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"&gt;&lt;li&gt;250g shell pasta &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 cup peas&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;125g bacon, cooked &amp;amp; crumbled &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 onion&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 stick celery &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;½ capsicum&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 cup crushed pineapple &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 tsp oil&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;150ml mayonnaise &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;150ml cream&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;100g carrots, grated&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"&gt;Steps:&lt;/span&gt; &lt;ol style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"&gt;&lt;li&gt;Cook shells in enough hot water to cover, add the oil, cook on High 8-9 mins. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Stir, add the peas &amp;amp; carrots, cook further 4-5 mins. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Leave covered to finish cooking while you prepare the rest of the vegetables.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Finely slice the celery, dice capsicum &amp;amp; finely chop the onion. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Cook bacon on layers of kitchen paper till crumbly, about 3-4 mins on High.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Drain pasta if necessary, stir in rest of the vegetables &amp;amp; bacon, drain the pineapple &amp;amp; add, stir in mayonnaise &amp;amp; cream mixture. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Chill.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ol&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt; &lt;span style="font-weight: bold; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"&gt;Three Bean Salad&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredients:&lt;/span&gt; &lt;ul style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 cup noodles or macaroni &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;310g corn kernels&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 red capsicum, diced &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;440g three bean mix&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;¼ cup chopped parsley &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;3 spring onions, sliced&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;2 sticks celery, sliced&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"&gt;Dressing:&lt;/span&gt; &lt;ul style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"&gt;&lt;li&gt;¼ cup vinegar &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;¼ cup oil&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;2 tbs sugar &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 tsp curry&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"&gt;Steps:&lt;/span&gt; &lt;ol style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"&gt;&lt;li&gt;Place noodles into boiling salted water, cook, drain. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Add remaining ingredients. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Mix well. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Combine dressing ingredients in a jar. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Shake well. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Pour over salad and blend through. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Chill.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ol&gt;  &lt;a style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);" href="http://www.blogger.com/post-create.g?blogID=7241758991002850888" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;img src="http://signatures.mylivesignature.com/54487/117/23ADF1532F00406F89D7F294961DBD7D.png" style="border: 0pt none  ! Its very simple and easy to prepare and cook.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"&gt;Ingredients:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"&gt;&lt;li&gt;4 tablespoons butter or oil&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 teaspoon paprika&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1/4 teaspoon thyme&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 teaspoon salt&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1/4 teaspoon pepper&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 broiler−fryer chicken, cut up or 2 1/2 lbs chicken thighs&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1/4 cup flour&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;3/4 cup dry white wine&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"&gt;Steps:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ol style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"&gt;&lt;li&gt;Melt butter in 13" X 9" baking pan. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Stir in thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Dredge chicken pieces in flour, then swish in butter (both sides), until coated. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Arrange them in a baking dish. Bake in hot oven (400F) until browned, about 30 minutes. Enjoy cooking :)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredients:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;500g blade steak &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;1 tbs margarine&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;1 onion,finely chopped &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;1 clove garlic, crushed&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;1 tbs ground coriander &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;1 heaped tsp ground turmeric&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;½ tsp ground black pepper &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;6 thin slices fresh root ginger&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;2 fresh green chillies, finely chopped &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;pinch of ground chillies&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;2 tsp desiccated coconut&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;1 1/4 cups water &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;½ cup coconut cream&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;salt&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Steps:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;Melt the margarine in a large heavy pot, then gently sauté the onion &amp;amp; garlic for 3-4 mins. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;Add the coriander, turmeric, cumin, pepper,ginger, chopped and ground chillies and the steak. It is really easy to cook...do enjoy this super easy delicious chicken recipe.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;Ingredients:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;1 pound chicken wings&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;3 tablespoons lemon juice&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;3 tablespoons soy sauce&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;1/8 teaspoon onion powder&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;salt (to taste)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;pepper (to taste)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;1 tablespoon honey&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;1 tablespoon catsup&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;Steps:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;Remove tips from wings; style="font-size:100%;"&gt;1 cup Brown sugar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;1/2 tablespoon Sauce&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;1/2 cup Dry red wine&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;2 teaspoons Dry mustard&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;Combine other ingredients and pour &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;over chicken.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;Let stand for at least 1 hour or overnight. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;Be sure all wings are well coated with marinade. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;Place pan in 350 oven and reduce heat to 250. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;Bake 4-5 hours, turning wings at regular intervals. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;If all marinade is not absorbed, pour off and dry wings out a bit longer in oven (but style="font-size:100%;"&gt;3 pounds chicken wing&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;3 tablespoons brown sugar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;2 drops Worcestershire sauce&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;4 cups ketchup&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;1 onion&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);font-size:100%;" &gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;ol style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;Cut off the small piece of the chicken wing and the bony part so you have only the meaty part. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;Mix the ketchup, onion (cut up), brown sugar and sauce together. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;Dip wings in the sauce. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;Put on cookie sheet. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 1/2 Enjoy the recipes :)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-weight: bold;"&gt;&lt;u&gt;Cajun Chicken Wings&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"&gt;12      Chicken wings -- tips removed&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"&gt;5        Bay leaves -- crumbled into bits&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"&gt;3/4    teaspoon Caraway seeds&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"&gt;1/2    to 3/4 tsp. Cayenne pepper&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"&gt;3/4    teaspoon Ground cumin&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"&gt;3/4    teaspoon Ground coriander&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"&gt;4        Garlic cloves -- finely&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"&gt;1 1/2 teaspoons Dry mustard&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"&gt;2        teaspoons Paprika -- preferably&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"&gt;3/4    teaspoon   Dried thyme leaves&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"&gt;1/2    teaspoon Salt&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"&gt;2        tablespoons Brandy&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"&gt;2        tablespoons Fresh lemon or lime juice&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"&gt;&lt;span  lang="EN-US" style="font-size:100%;"&gt;Steps:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ol style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;&lt;span style="" lang="EN-US"&gt;Defat the chicken wings by cooking them in boiling water for 10 minutes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;&lt;span style="" lang="EN-US"&gt;Drain and set aside to cool.  &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;&lt;span style="" lang="EN-US"&gt;Preheat oven to 375 degrees. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;&lt;span style="" lang="EN-US"&gt;Using a large mortar and pestle, grind together the bay leaf bits, caraway seeds, cayenne pepper, coriander, cumin, garlic, mustard, paprika, thyme and salt for about 10 minutes.  &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;&lt;span style="" lang="EN-US"&gt;Add the brandy and lemon or lime juice to the pulverized herbs and stir into a thick paste. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;&lt;span style="" lang="EN-US"&gt;With a pastry brush, cover both sides of each wing with the herb paste.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;&lt;span style="" lang="EN-US"&gt;When no more remains in the mortar, squeeze the last few drops from the brush. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;&lt;span style="" lang="EN-US"&gt;Arrange the chicken wings on a baking sheet. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;&lt;span style="" lang="EN-US"&gt;Bake until the skin turns deep brown and is quite crisp approximately 30 minutes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;&lt;span style="" lang="EN-US"&gt;Takes about an hour to prepare.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ol&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;To be continue for next chicken wing
